를 전송하는 이동 통신 장치. 이동장치는 차량탑재장치와 일치한다.

영문설명

speech and/or data communications equipment in a vehicle. A mobile

communication facility capable of receiving information from the fixed

equipment on the downlink and possibly capable of transmitting information

on the uplink.
